GranEnergia hired Catavento in mid 2015 to conduct its strategic planning revision.
The project took place in two phases. During the first one, Catavento evaluated the business context, locally and internationally, through trend analysis, interview with GranEnergia’s executives and Oil & Gas specialists. This analysis served as a base to the company’s SWOT matrix, built in a process that included the top executives of the company.
The second phase focused on GranEnergia’s strategic goals and action plan, consistent with the opportunities and threats identified in the first phase.
GranEnergia’s top leaders were effectively present during the whole process, an essential component to the project’s success.
