The Catavento team has worked in partnership with Wilson Sons for years with the objective of bring the sustainability agenda to different areas of business for the company. In 2017, a sustainability agenda repositioning was conducted based on developed knowledge over the last years. In this context, a desk research, benchmark analysis and top management interviews were conducted with the purpose to align the agenda with the company´s long-term objectives.
In 2016, a better alignment between the materiality matrix and the group´s strategic objectives was proposed, as well as an implementation of a governance and communication model to its sustainability agenda. In 2015, the project was developed through indicators mapping, initiatives related to priority issues and development of a governance model to its sustainability agenda. In 2014, a trend analysis was conducted considering the definition of relevant issues to the long-term group’s objectives.
Recent projects have included sustainability practices diagnostic and management improvement suggestions considering the best practices of sustainability.
