The event, held on March 5, 2018, was attended by industry executives, CEBRI associates, economists, and specialists. In addition to the presentation by CEBRI’s Energy Group – by its coordinator and member of the Board of Trustees, Jorge Camargo – the seminar featured a debate between the president of EPE, Luiz Barroso, and the superintendent of regulation of Neoenergia, Hugo Nunes. The discussion was moderated by Clarissa Lins, Senior Fellow at CEBRI and founding partner of Catavento Consultoria, and followed by a round of Q&A with the event participants.
Discussions around global trends for the energy sector and their implications for the Brazilian scenario were consolidated in a report prepared by Catavento’s partners – Clarissa Lins, Bruna Mascotte and Guilherme Ferreira – and is available for download here (available in Brazilian Portuguese only).
