During the Siemens 2018 Forum, held in August 15th, Clarissa Lins was part of the panel “The future of work in the energy transition”. Panelists also included André Araújo, CEO  of Shell Brazil,  André Clark, President and CEO at Siemens Brazil, Milton Beck, Director of LinkedIn Latin America, Nivalde de Castro, Professor and GESEL Coordinator, Wagner Sanchez, Director of FIAP and with moderation by youtuber Felipe Castanhari.

The panel focused on how companies and universities are preparing to support young professionals in the energy transition context. Different aspects were analyzed, such as different skills expected by companies, new professionals’ characteristics and alternative economic models that will emerge in this context.

Clarissa Lins contributed to the debate highlighting the evolution of the energy transition theme in Brazil and possible paths to the energy sector in this scenario of new society, market and workers expectations.
