Felipe Vignoli presented the project developed with Light
Catavento presented the project developed in partnership with Light to demonstrate the value shared by Light in low-income communities in the sixth edition of SARMs (Brazilian Seminar on Environment and Social Responsibility in the Electric Sector), which took place in Brasilia. As an outcome of Felipe Vignoli’s Finance dissertation from COPPEAD / UFRJ, the project demonstrates to stakeholders, through financial evaluation and indicators, the attractiveness of projects conducted by the company in low-income communities.
The SARMs is promoted by the Brazilian National Committee of Production and Transmission of Electricity (Cigré-Brazil), a non-profit founded in 1971. The main objective of Cigré is to promote the technical exchange and development of technological engineering in Brazil, in the field of production, transmission and distribution of high voltage electricity.
